Christmas Time is Here Again!

Merry Christmas

It's Christmas time again, the time where people feel with joy and laughter, and are filled with the giving spirit. A time where people come together a time about family and presents, about giving and receiving. Soon it will be Christmas Day and even soon Christmas Eve.
It's where you perhaps rush to bed yet still can't fall asleep, where you try and try to go to sleep, with thoughts of fun and presents rushing in and out of your mind and It's not until just about midnight that you soon with out notice fall into sleeps arms, but not for long as you are soon up with the morning light, with the idea that it's Christmas. Perhaps you live alone in which case you would rush to get dressed and rush over to your parents house or perhaps you don't live alone and this is where you rush to your siblings. Together you creep out into the room with the tree and you are astounded as you gaze upon the multitude of presents in different sizes and shapes and colors. In awe for a moment as you then go to look to see that your stocking that hung by the fireplace is full, you wait on going to check It out as you go to see if Santa ate his cookies and drank his milk and while doing that he left you a note. You read the note and like it, this is where you go to plug in the lights. After this you contemplate with your brother or sister asking them to go and wake up your mother and father, to which they probably said 30 more minutes or an hour. With this you just go and get into your stockings, taking things out one at a time, or perhaps you are the one who pours it all out at once. You take a look at what you got, it's nice. Bubble gum, candy, and other little things. Maybe this year you got a razor because it's about time you start shaving or perhaps you needed more blades. By the time you are done with your stocking your mother has come out, set's up the camera, gets things in order, this is when you head over to sit on the floor in front of your tree, you being filled with joy and great surprise. If you lived alone perhaps this would be the time when you would show up. You wait for your father to get up and for your mother to sit down, almost having to restrain your self and your siblings. Finally your father comes out and your parents sit down. This is where the designated Santa, probably your brother or sister, start to pass out the presents. You getting your first one, you rip it open with pure delight. Loving what you got. One by one all the presents vanish from their wrappings into items of joy. You look over what you have gotten, you pick out one present, unwrap it out of it's casing, ready to start to play with it, which you do until everyone else shows up each with their own presents. One everyone is situated, and perhaps dinner eaten, you now the Santa, start to pass out the presents, setting yours aside. But whatever you do don't move that microwave. Soon all the presents are passed out, you go to opening yours. Seeing all of the stuff you got, perhaps your older brother got you a batman game that you don't really like and your too nice to return it because you'd have to ask for the receipt or where you bought it. So you just smile and set it aside, or perhaps your Aunt made you an ugly sweater, and not those nice sweaters some people say are ugly, like really ugly. Just put it in front of your face as you say you like it and to cover up your face. Soon one by one your family leaves. Soon it's just like it was in the morning. You pick out a present and you play it well into the night, never wanting it to end, but soon sleep takes you and you dream great dreams and when you wake you play again.

Republican Party BURSTS Into Activity
Posted Image

Written By Chairman Washington

As the Chairman of the Republican Party, it is my job to promote our Party’s activity and values through thick and thin, but I could honestly not be more proud to be a Republican than I am right now. About four months ago, I became the Party Chairman of the Republican Party and realized that some things needed to change. We didn’t need to change our views on protecting a true Free Market, a transparent government or a limited government, but we did need to update many other core issues in order to become a relevant Party.

For the past few months, the Republican Party has reformed its Party Constitution, upped its recruitment efforts, offered more help to candidates by creating a War Chest and even campaigned with those from other Parties during Presidential Elections. We’ve realized that not only does our Party need to be reformed, but that our government needs more reforms also.

We’ve ditched the days where we looked to be isolationists in a region of many beliefs. We decided that it is not our Party’s duty to hold a stance on every issue, forcing people to conform or move onto another Party. Understanding and an open Party dialogue have proven to be better options than shutting those that don’t agree with us out. We’ve needed to work on our image as a Party extensively and it has been an honor leading the fight for a Party update.

I believe that the results speak for themselves…in the last month, the Republican Party has welcomed six new members into its membership, bumping the total members up to 14 and also making it the largest Political Party of The Allied Republics today. The Republicans hold a majority of the Senate and are even lining themselves up for higher offices. Activity levels have skyrocketed and have been more extensive than the activity levels of other Parties, by voting in Leadership Elections and holding rallies before every Election. We have even added a Hall of Fame, where Republicans that have made an impact on The Allied Republics and our Party can be honored for their time and service.

The best part of this is the fact that this is just the beginning. There is much more to be accomplished and we in the Republican Party welcome the challenge! So if you’re interested in joining a Party that is not only active, but hungry, the Republican Party would be the perfect home for you!

Elections Coming to a Theater Near You!
Posted Image
I'll have you know I'm running out of pictures for elections.

The General Elections are here again and they seem more promising than a lotto ticket to the Mega Millions, well actually I'd rather have the lotto ticket, or maybe 5 of them. Anyways this elections are looking good with some very good candidates like we've never seen before, Actually we might have an actual Delegate Election! Not only this but this will be some of the longest campaigning time we've ever had at around 3 weeks before polls will open.

In the Presidential Corner of things running for reelection with Obito as his running mate is Cresecllia both running as Independents! Next we have old timer Free States running with Libertarian Washington one from the Imperial Democratic Party and the other from the Republican Party and last but not least is Kevo running with the new Queen Rebecca, both also from the Republican Party who might be running as Independent. This race is going to be a hard one as an incumbent and the ever popular Free States go head to head with Kevo right there in the other corner trying to swat at their angles. However with the big Republican party cut up into three different tickets it's not hard to wonder if that would lead to their biggest ticket, the FS-LW, loosing vital votes which could help Cres. in the first poll. However if FS is able to get most of his party to vote for him then it would also secure vital votes. In this end this election is up in the air and you can buy your tickets to the fight by going to the NRI Ticket Box.

In the Delegation's Corner is Tatu Rama, who always reminds me of Princess Tutu and Ranma 1/2, running for reelection as a member of the Death to Sanity Party, against him is Robertsonstan with the Republican Party, Obito as an Independent and then Hunteiria as a member of the Imperial Democratic Party. This is a four way race, a boxing match, a Mario cart rumble. Possible problems may be with Rob and Obito both in the Republican Party, though both running as such, could hurt them both, mainly Rob, in splitting vital votes in the election. If Hunt and Tatu are both able to hold most of their party then it would put them in a good spot. This will be a Delegate election for the history books!

Now coming into the Senatorial corner is Aurumaquaria - I, Western Timpetotia - RP, Andune - NGP, Brick Drakan - I, CPSU - IDP, Britarvia - RP, Bacilli - NGP, Harold Thatcher - I, Conserlan - RP. That's a lot of people. Right now the Republican Party hold a Majority in the Senate with the Imperial Democratic Party holding a minority, no other parties in the hold, however with this election it is a strong possibility that the National Grammar Party could get a hold in the Senate as the IDP loosing some of it's members. Also with the Republican Party splitting their vote it could lead to problems, however not too much, but with the RP saying that since Brick and others lost their primary and if they do win will they be listed as RP members? The RP saying you can't be listed as running for the RP but if you win you'll be listed as a RP. AH but whatever the air is heavy with conspiracy and we like taking it and putting it on paper.

That's it for now, it seems like a great election that will be one to remember, it could make a party or it could break a party, but probably not.

Tokyo Godfathers

1. Tokyo Godfathers ---- Directed by Satoshi Kon, what better movie, yes it is a movie, is better suited for this Wintertime edition? The Movie starts off with three homeless people on Christmas eve who while searching through the trash find a new born baby, now they set out on a mission to find the baby's parents as they run around Tokyo and run into many different things.

The Story is very good, I loved it, we are given this pretty good story that really grabs you in. If you think this is all going to be dry and serious then you have another thing coming, the movie was hilarious, I can't tell you how many times I paused or went back to see it again or how many times I told someone about it. The story has pretty good pacing, I didn't really feel like it was going too fast or too slow, just right. Something else is the number of plot twists and how well they are done. It's amazing, I mean I didn't count how many there were but there are a lot.
The Characters, Gin, Hana, and Miyuki. All homeless friends who basically live together. They each have a reason why they are homeless and I liked them, not all of you might like them or feel as attached to them as others have been, understandable. The Character development, we really get to see why they are homeless and why they have almost abandoned their past. We get insight into them as we see them come face to face with it. There is good character development but here could have been more. We also don't see too much development in other characters. The music was good, I can't really remember it much, nor do I really remember thinking that it was awesome, but it was good and fit. The voice acting was good, it was subbed and there is not a dub, I don't think. I'm not too sure. The movie was a little hard to find when I watched it I had to go to veoh, I think, download something then watch it. Not the best the best, but it worked and then I just deleted the program afterwards. However right now you can see the movie on Netflix! So that's where I would go, as I will probably be re-watching this move. Another thing is I really think that the movie had more impact and was better because I watched it like Christmas eve or New Years eve the time period when the movie was taking place, so now is a good time to watch it. The Animation wasn't the best I have ever seen but it's good. This was also my first Satoshi Kon movie, if I remember right, he is a good director and I would say unique too.

The ending was good and there was a last second plot twist, it's like boom - credits roll. It's like wow! That being the ending still left you wanting more, wanting to see what happened next wanting it to finish everything out, just all this. A disappointment. The enjoyment was great, I really enjoyed the movie and have even thought about buying it. I have plans to re-watch it pretty soon and like I said you will probably enjoy it more watching it around this time versus in spring or summer. Overall the movie's was great.

Ah My Goddess!

2. Ah My Goddess! --- Also known as Aa! Megami-Sama. This one off the first anime I watched when I was going hardcore which was right around this time period also. The Story starts off with Keiichi Morisato who was born under a bad star and who has terrible luck and is used by everyone. He's in college and a member of the Auto Club and lives in the Club dorm that doesn't allow women. One day his club mates leave to go to a party and leave him behind to hold down the fort and do a whole slue of chores, which he does. Finally he waits for a call for one of his buddies after the call he tries to call his buddy I think, however forgets the exact number. He dials and ends up calling the Goddess Help Line, where they will take his call in person. Boom, the goddess Belldandy comes out of his mirror to grant him a single wish. After much talk and though, he just off his mind says that he wants Belldandy to stay with him forever. The Story goes from there.

The Story is good, it isn't highly complex, but it good. It is a Romantic Comedy. It deals with the romance and lives of Keiichi and Belldandy as they now live their lives out together. You could also say that it is slice of life ish, I mean kind of but that might be bit of a stretch. The story can have it's moments when you can get bored, but keep at it. There are two seasons to the main series, an OVA, and a movie, and I think now another season they're doing or something like that. For me I've watch most of what I've said. I'm really hoping for another season to the main series, however watching the movie afterwards really helped me out a lot in terms of some closure, even if the movie was made before the series. The Characters are really good, Belldandy is an amazing character who I might name on of my future children after. Keiichi is also a good character that you come to grow on. There are also many other characters that I like, such as the senpais of the Auto Club and Keiichi's sister not to mention Belldandy's sisters. Character development is good, we really see the characters grow and develop but it is lacking. The music was pretty good, though I was soon into the story and wanting to see what happened next that I skipped the opening most of the time. Belldandy's singing was also good. The Voice acting was pretty good, there is an English dub out, which I watched. The Animation is pretty good, little to no complaints.

The ending of first season, wasn't bad because I knew there was another season, the 2nd season's ending had little to no closure, so I'm really wanting a third season to fill in everything and make everything good. The movie though helped. The enjoyment is great, I thought it was every enjoyable series. Overall it is a nice series, that can touch the heart in this Christmas season.

Clannad

3. Clannad ---- The Story opens with one of the best first scenes I have ever seen. Tomoya, a delinquent who has few friends, thinks life is dull and isn't too fond of his own. He is walking to school one day, when he encounters a girl, Nagisa, talking to herself. He later responds and the two walk up the hill together. He soon notices her more and more and beings talking to her more and more. That's where it starts and it goes on from there.

The story is wonderful! It has several arcs in the first season that really are great and usually deal with one character. The anime was I believe based off of a dating sim. The story and the anime, will make you laugh your ass of and it will make you tear up, I remember tearing up several times over the first season, sometimes just because it was so beautiful and sad that I couldn't help it, some people have even said that if you don't tear up it shows you have no soul. The story is Romance, Comedy, Drama, and Slice of Life. The romance is pretty good, it really fits all of those genres. It really is a great story. The Characters are amazing as well, we get to see and love and grow close to so many great characters, they are funny, loveable, and so many more things all rolled into one anime. I really liked all of the characters especially Tomoya and Nagsia and Nagisa's mother and father, but I don't think that there was a single character I hated or didn't like. The character development is great! As said before there are several arcs which really focus in on one character and it really gives them more background and time to develop. As we these people grow and change for the better and we get to learn more about them and just everything. The development is really good. The music is wonderful, I loved both the opening and the ending they were great! I loved 'em, some of my favorites, but not only that the soundtrack was good too. The voice acting was wonderful, I watched the English dub and it was great. I haven't seen the Japanese version and I don't really have any plans to. The dub was great. The animation was great, it was very well done, I had very little to no complaints against it.

the ending, well for the first season I had little complaint because I knew there was a second season. The enjoyment for this anime is greatly wonderful, it's highly enjoyable and rewatchable I think. Overall a great anime to make you think and be all Christmasy. It's also one of my favorite anime.

Midterms, It's Almost Like a Race to Get the Girl
Posted Image
Run for the Victory!

There maybe many question flowing through your head right now about the Midterm, like a river on a Sunday night after a big party with lot's of kegs. Well I'll try to explain all I can here in this article to put your mind at ease. First if you're going to be drinking from the river don't do it down stream. Now to the real stuff, who is even running in this midterm? That would be Obito, the Naruto Fan who's Sex Changes; RCPSU, Alphabet Soup; Hunteiria, the Winter Queen; Queen Rebecca, Another Queen; Kevo, That One Guy; and Lewis and Daniel, the Conspiracy Theorist Otaku. There are five seats up this election and only six people who are running, you know what that means! Musical Chairs! Now there are a couple new people running for the Senate, RCPSU and Queen Rebecca both moderately new people to TAR and to TAR politics and then we also have three senators running for re-election, Obito, Hunteiria, and Kevo and then we have Lewis and Daniel. So who will win? Who will get the chair? Who will get Suzuka? Who will win? Who will bite the dust? Who will make the cut? Well these are all questions that only time can tell, except for who get's Suzuka, I know that one and I'm not telling.

The Messenger and NRI, How it's going!

Ahahahaha...haha...aha... ha?

Hoi, and thank you for once again reading The Messenger! We here are honored to have been one of the few companies that have been able to remain active and remain apart of your lives for almost a year and a half. This is our 25th Issue of The Messenger and we are proud to say so. We have also published 2 other issues, one of The Messenger's Scout and one of The International Messenger, that's not all long ago there was also The British Messenger and The Danish Messenger, at least we think, we know about TBM. We are glad to have stayed around so long. But that doesn't mean we're set for life! We still need loyal readers, sponsors, and customers. Not only that but having other writers for the paper makes sure that we publish on a more regular bases more often, and you will be paid.

The Messenger is also working on a new special edition of paper, one that will hopefully publish regularly. It is The Messenger's Ranger, this special edition of the paper will be much like The Messenger's Scout which came before it. The Ranger, will cost you though it is projected at $50-100 per issue however once the pilot issue is released depending on the out come, subscriptions will be available. Meaning the success and the continuation of The Ranger will all depend on you. The Ranger will include special articles that will only be available in the issue.

The Messenger is also once again bouncing around an idea, The Messenger Postal Service. The idea is that for a base fee and a charge per PM or Telegram sent. An example being - $20 + 1x, x representing the number of telegrams or PMs you want sent. The Messenger doesn't know if it will go through with this and will be looking at this issue's survey to see if it is an idea worth exploring.

3 Responses were given on the last issue's survey, they all seemed to mean that The Messenger is doing good and doing it right. We would like to thank everyone who took the time to fill out the survey and hope that everyone will continue to fill it out, maybe this issue we might get 4!

North Republic Industries has been able to keep it together and keep it going while other companies haven't been doing so well. NRI is always looking for new ventures and new ideas to help improve the company and the market place as a whole. If you want to help NRI please contact CEO Lewis and Daniel. Thank you for your service.

The New! Modern World RP! Is Here!
Posted Image
Hetalia!

There seems to have been a bumper crop in RPs this season as there are tons of new ones coming out of the wood works, however the one that seems to stand out most and the one that will perhaps keep going longer and stronger than the other ones is the new Modern World RP. In fact it seemed like on day one half of the able population had already signed up and more are still coming in. Now with the MWRP it could very well be that the other RPs could be killed off and forgotten about, like the TAR Civil War that has been slow to start, or the Crescellian Revolution which seems to have hit another snag. But even if that is so at least we will have the MWRP.

The MWRP, revolves around incarnations of the different nations as they being to show how each of them act and how they each have interesting relationships. Oh... I'm sorry, I was thinking of Hetalia. The MWRP revolves around a citizen choosing a country in the world and then RP as that nation as if it was in the real world starting in 2014. The nations then interact as they might in real life, however some people choose to take their nations on a different track then what might happen as they choose different things.

Who knows how long the MWRP will last this time, will it slowly die out or will it go out with someone god modding and people just saying the hell with it. Who really knows? However while it is here again it is sure to be a nice ride at least for now.

A Wedding in the Makes!
Posted Image
Perhaps what it will look like ? :3

That's right you've heard it, or perhaps you haven't, it's alright, I know how it feels to be left out, I mean I've only ever been called by my friends a hand full of times and sometimes they won't even respond to my text and I haven't ever gotten a Christmas card from them .... I think that's another story for another time. Moving on if you haven't heard, Kevo and Queen Rebecca have just announced their engagement with one another and plan to have the wedding at the Church of Northerntal; this also happens to be as Sethanon is starting to show signs of being bi-polar. This will be the second wedding held here in TAR. We don't know what they couple have been up to, so you got it right we got together the old, the test, the tried, The Messenger Following Stalking Team! They've been on leave for a while, partly because one of them happened to fall out of a tree while getting a picture and a couple had to lay low as the police were starting to suspect something, but now they are back and ready to tell you what they found this couple doing .

Our team witnessed the couple head into a local family dinner, where Kevo ordered something, we don't know what since every time it came out he had it sent back to the chef because of something. He should know that doing that makes the chef angry and since it's behind closed doors he don't know what going on with his food. Queen Rebecca decided to order the Wienerschnitzel and was able to finish well before Kevo even got his food ready to eat and once that happened Queen Rebecca was ready to leave, to which they did. The couple then took a nice walk around central park, where they hoped it would be fall, but it turns out it was very cold and there was snow on the ground, followed by hail. Where the couple then ran for shelter, where they ended up happened to be a Love Hotel. However that is as far as we got before the team was run off be the police. I mean a group of guys with sunglasses with Urahara's hat and a trench coat walking around a park and then handing around a love hotel, not suspicious at all. Well that's what we got, you make your decision what happened? What might have happened? What will happen?

We hope to see you at the Church of Northerntal for the wedding.

Gin no Saji

1. Gin no Saji --- Also sometimes called Silver Spoon in English. The Story starts off with Hachiken one of our Main Characters (MC). He has had a hard time back home, the pressure of doing good, of getting into a good college, being compared to others, picked on, and just not being able to handle it decides he wants to move as far away from home has possible, his teacher presents him with the opportunity to enroll in an agriculture school, he gladly does so, not entirely knowing what he's getting into. So he's off to being his new life, studying cows and farming.

I was a little reluctant about starting this anime, surprise, however I decided to go for it and because I didn't really have anything else I immediately thought about watching I continued to watch it and I was pretty well surprised by it. The story is unique, this is probably one of the only anime I know that deals with farming and animals in that sense except perhaps Kemono no Souja Erin, which we looked at last issue. In case you didn't know I also grew up and am still around animals, chickens, he had goats once, and pigs a couple of times. So I could relate some what with the anime. The story really started off slow with me, it is a Slice of Life, granted. It took me a couple of episodes to really get into it. While it doesn't have any earth shattering story it is interesting to see how it will continue. Which brings us to the characters, which is a strong place for this anime as well as most other SoL. All of the characters are unique in some ways. We really get to see a lot of different characters. With development we really get to see how Hachiken grows and develops, as he has the most development. Other characters also have a decent deal of development, I would like to see them go into the other characters more in the next season. The music was alright, the best was the ending which was really good, I liked it. The opening was alright, I skipped it most of the time. The voice acting was good, I watched the sub, and the animation was good.

The ending was, well it's kind of hard to explain but pretty much they kind of rapped up somethings and then ended, nothing spectacular or anything or at a really go part maybe. But with another season coming, it really doesn't feel like an ending more like the end of a chapter. Enjoyment is good, it was enjoyable, there are sometimes where you will laugh and everything.
Overall it was a good anime , unique setting, and I'll most likely watch the next season.

Maoyuu Maou Yuusha

2. Maoyuu Maou Yuusha --- sometimes called Maou, but with other anime with maou in it, you know. The story starts off with a run down of the history how humans and demons have been at war and how each side have taken victories and losses, and out of it comes a Hero, which for the entire anime is Hero, he has no other name. He has his party however leaves them as he plans to kill the Maou, or Demon King, himself. Maou is Maou for the entire anime. When he gets there, it turns out that the what you might suspect evil overlord of the entire races of demons turns out to be a female with "useless flesh" but we all know it's not "useless flesh" as it hold men's hopes and dreams! Well Maou wants to end the war by feeding people and wants the Hero for herself, marriage basically. It pretty much goes from there as they do stuff, no not that stuff.

The Story starts off wonderful, it puts up a pretty nice backstory and sets up what should be a wonderful marriage type relationship between Maou and Hero, mouth watering as you hope they explore this wonderful relationship. They set out, however they really never go anywhere major with the relationship between Maou and Hero. Major disappointment right there, I was really hoping for something awesome. As the anime was kind of based on Spice and Wolf, I was looking for something like Lawrence and Holo's relationship but Hero tries to avoid Maou for a good part of the anime. Then another girl, Female Knight comes in. The story has a lot of different themes it tries to go for, it discusses food, farming, social issues, war, peace, demons and humans, trade. As one reviewer says it struggles deciding what it wants to be. The Characters, are good not entirely unique at least in name. With Hero, old man, mage, Maou, Winter King. You know but I didn't really dwell on this too much. They were good, for the most part I liked all of the characters and they were likable. The Character development though, as said I would really have liked to see the Hero and Maou develop their relationship as I really thought it was going to and would like to have seen. There is also development in other characters as they change and learn more. So it's good in parts. The music was good, both the opening and ending as well as the soundtrack were good but I really don't remember then as much as others. The voice acting was good, I watched the sub, and the animation was good.

The ending was, I kind of forget, but it leaves open to a second season that might never come. It wasn't anything really spectacular and I didn't hate it much. So some mixed feelings. The enjoyment is there, it is enjoyable in parts and overall provides entertainment.
Overall the anime was good but it could have developed into something much better and has a lot of holes and places where it could have done better but is still enjoyable.

School Rumble

3. School Rumble --- I didn't really know what else to review so you got this, going back to look at School Rumble.
It opens with a new school year and "I love you" just three little words, but the moment you say them the whole world changes like magic, today I'm going to say them to you. From here school starts and they are placed in their classes, and the Rumble starts from there.

The story, it is a romantic comedy with several love triangles, slice of life, school. It really sets about how to get the girl, or in Tenma's case the boy. They set out on their epic journey of love, and along the way you will be laughing soo hard that you might just need another lung to keep it going. It's wonderful, I mean it's nothing earth shattering. Maybe even at first look to you it might look like any other romantic comedy. But it's wonderful, great and so funny, so very funny. The story does develop some, we aren't left at a constant stand still in life. Though none of the romantic relationships really develop that much, a shame, but hey it's funny. In fact you will probably come up with your own pairings of the characters, ones that probably actually have a shot and not some mindless fantasy. In fact when I watched the anime I had a paring for Harima and when I read the manga I a different pairing for him. Now on the characters, we are let on to so many great unique characters, that are wonderfully likable. Harima is one of my favorite characters in anime. In fact I even for a while based my look off of him at least in facial hair. I would have liked to have done the full look. I also liked Yakumo and all the other characters. Which brings us to development, characters are developed and we learn to love them even more, development isn't great but it is there. Music, the music is wonderful, greatly so. The Opening and the ending are awesome, I love them! In fact I had the opening for my ringtone on my phone for a while and can sing with it okay. The voice acting is great, I watched the English dub and it was wonderful, I mean after that I wouldn't want to watch it subbed. Animation is good, it fits pretty good.

The ending, well for the first season, if alright however with the second and knowing that there really isn't any third season really lets me down, it makes me mad. I mean I could put together an entire list of anime that need a second or third season and this would be on it. The manga, I read 13 volumes and over 200 chapters. wow and I still need to finish the manga which still goes on. I think that it stops at 13 in English print but is available online. The enjoyment is great! So much enjoyment and entrainment to be had, sure it some flaws but the enjoyment is wonderful. You will laugh so much and grow attached to these characters, and there is great rewatch value in it.
Overall your in for a great, fun, enjoyable anime with this one. It will do you good.

Next issue, I will try to look at some Christmas time anime. Maybe look at a movie and a couple series, that maybe have Christmas themes, of stuff. I don't know but keep an eye out. I also looked at Spice and Wolf in my blog a little while ago.

Political Parties, What's Happening?!
Posted Image
I didn't know what to put here, but I'm looking for it.

Well with the Midterm elections coming up soon we thought it a good time to talk about our political parties.

First up is the Republican Party who in the General Elections was able to get a Majority in the Senate and no one anywhere else, but this resulted in them once again being a heavy hitter in the political world, not to mention that they've been around for a while, but it seems that this once stronghold of Conservatives is now starting to turn to the left more than ever. Why you ask? I'll give you my evidence and reasoning the best I can here. First the Republican Party has for a long time been against a new constitution and new formatting in the constitution and against a new flag. Holding true to our roots, however this has started to change as they begin to work directly with what is remaining of the Left parties, working with them to get what they the Republican Party was once opposed to, something that most of the left parties now what. So we can now seem them taking parts of the Left platform as their own, and working on it. There new slogan is now even "New Direction. New Vision." Now of course you might say, a lot of people say this even Right parties. True, but when they have been working so closely with the left on a left issue then it does raise an eyebrow.
So of course this could all be a big conspiracy running around in my brain, or real. We do all know how I like my conspiracies.

Next Imperial Democratic Party has also been getting much stronger than it has been in recent time, they hold three seats in the Senate including the Speaker's chair and one seat in the Cabinet making for a stronger party than it has been in a long while. Holding the Centre-right together.

We also see the near end of the Free Democratic Party and the Progressive Union Party, both Left and Centre-Left parties that have for sometime now seen lot's of inactivity and fall in power and in members. Currently the FDP only holds one seat in the senate and that's all and the PUP holds nothing. As left parties start to crumble what will take their place? What will happen? We don't know. But keep an eye out.

Business and Pie like siblings of the same parents
Posted Image
Pie, mmmm Pie.

Let our minds be filled with pie as well as our mouths as we begin to talk about business and see how it's been and perhaps going to be.

First is KAR Industries and it's CEO Kevo who have fallen on hard times, however it seems that several people are helping him through his debt which he owed to CTI. Kevo recently took out another loan from the First Regional Bank of Anime to help pay off his other debts. Later people like Hunteiria, Libertarian Washington, and TNR have said that they might help with his debt payments. This seems like a good thing for KAR Industries and its CEO. Then we always have to think if KAR Industries is going to make it through the storm and make lots of profits.

Next let us look at the Paper Industry, a true corner stone of the market. If this Industry starts to waver it gives us an idea of the market as a whole much like the DOW in the Stock Exchange. Well what is happening? Well your vary own The Messenger is doing well having more time to publish but it is still has been lacking on profits and sales but it does still have a good fan base. We also have the new Liberty News which is gathering a fan base but seems to have gathered no sales so far. The Allied Republican, a once strong and stable pillar has been getting cracks and hasn't published an Issue since the first of October. And Imperial Form's papers seem to have a fan base and some profit coming in while publishing a couple of issues. Though overall it seems like the Paper Industry is starting to go down and not looking as good as it could.

Overall many companies aren't doing good, they are lacking and business isn't where is should be. The Stock Exchange hasn't seen much activity as of late and no other businesses have really seen any good profits as it looks like, showing a dip in our Free Market. However there is still one industry that seems to be picking up some, the Banking Industry two of the strongest and perhaps only banks First Regional Bank of Anime and CTI's Bank both have loans that are out. CTI is probably going to be seeing it's loan paid off which will bring profits to the company and FRBA is also looking for a Credit Card payment which will bring some good profit to the company, not to mention that it also gave out a loan of $8,500 which in a while will also bring the company more money. So the banking industry is picking up and will continue to look for new ventures. However some people are worried that what business we do have in this industry will fall and fail with the creation of the Regional Bank but it seems like only time will truly tell if that is the case.

So our businesses and market isn't doing as good as it could, money isn't circulating like it should and companies are making much of any profits and people just are buying not to mention that industries like the Graphics Industry are almost completely dead as well as Gambling and lots of Companies. But there are still ways of helping our economy and helping business like a Chamber of Commerce, creating more estates, people buying, and perhaps businesses coming together to help each other. Only time will tell how our business will go but rest be assured The Messenger is here to stay!

Buy a Wii U Now and Wait on the Xbox One and PS4
Posted Image
Cute :3

With the next generation of consoles at our door step many of us may be wondering what to do? Well first of all you probably shouldn't be trading in your old systems especially not yet as your going to want to keep them to play the new games that will be coming on and to keep on playing those you already have. So what one should you buy? The Wii U of course, since last year the Wii U has greatly improved upon it's flaws and problems and many more games have been and are planned to come out on the Wii U. Not to mention some of the latest bundles that are out for it! Zelda the Wind Waker, Mario, Luigi, etc. All providing for a more enticing deal. The Wii U also is the only next generation console to currently have backwards compatibility as it can play your Wii games. But that's not all it is the cheapest next gen console on the market at only $299.99 and then with the current bundles you can get a free game with that! Making for a mouth watering deal. And By buying a Wii U you'll be showing your support and help for it which will only mean more games and better stuff.
Now why should you wait on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4? Both have a limited amount of games out right now, about 6 or 10 or so take or give, so if you're going to be buying one right now and don't see any good games for it your going to be waiting a while before you can really get into them, not only that but both of these are currently lacking backwards compatibility so it might just be gathering some dust as you wait for some more games to play. Not only that but by waiting you will be allowing the companies more time to fix bugs and other things, who knows maybe even allow backwards compatibility and you will also allow for more games to come out. Now what about the price? Well the PS4 is $399.99 and the Xbox One is $499.99 both are a big chuck of money and much more than the $299.99 Wii U with a bundle. So if you did wait you'd be able to save up some more money and perhaps the consoles might even go down a little.
Ultimately the decision is yours on if you get one or wait or whatever you do but the Wii U does seem like the best deal this holiday season, so you might just want to do a little researching on it before you put it down on your Christmas wish list.

An Issue of Stolen Pants and Unknown Identity

Lewis and Daniel feeling a breeze

Well Lewis and Daniel was walking around his second home the one under a bridge and decided to take out his old culture costume that he wore so long a go. Well he walk walking when Mr. Hoshi, a man who also lives under the bridge but because of his mask we don't know his true identity, but we're looking. When he attacked Lewis and Daniel, probably to get his culture costume so that he would look more like a star instead of a moon. The fight ensued and one of our camera men was able to get a picture that we have shown you above. Well Mr. Hoshi then stole Lewis and Daniel's pants, which seems to be the 4th time, take or give, that Lewis and Daniel's pants have been stolen. Mr. Hoshi then went and danced around and started calling Lewis and Daniel a leach. The conflict continued for another 6 and a half hours until Lewis and Daniel ran away from the police before he got a public indecency charge. We will try to keep you up to take on this conflict and see if we can find out who exactly this Mr. Hoshi is, if you have seen this man before in TAR please contact us through our not so anonyms PM hotline.

Tari Tari

1. Tari Tari --- It's there last year of high school and they want to do things before it's all over. Konatsu member of the Vocal Group, a club, hasn't been able to sing this year because of a mistake she made at a performance and know just turns the sheet music for the piano. When she confronts the Vice Principal about this she is reminded of what happened and how the Vice P. doesn't want her to mess up again and mess up other people. Konatsu decides to quit and form her own club, the Choir Club. That's where the story beings and then other Character's stories come in a little later.

I wasn't very sure about this anime when I started it, I wasn't sure where it was going to go and how good it was actually going to be. So like most anime I gave it the one episode. Well that leads to another and another and soon I just decided to finish it, and boy was it better than I would have really thought. The story is simple, nothing mind blowing because it is a Slice of Life anime, and I do love Slice of Life anime. However it is compelling at times and can move you. I can't remember if I ever did tear up but I think I might have once maybe. Not sure. The Characters are good, I liked them for the most. There were a couple of parts where I was like 'Oh, my.' you know embarrassing, but they're good and have pretty good development. One character seems to do a complete 180 in what seems like no time at all, minutes maybe and then it opens up to this like this almost new character. I also liked the three old guys in the band. So development's there, some characters do develop more than others but by the end you can really see the changes. The music is good, I mean it is a music anime, I really liked the three old guy's song and a couple others. Some songs though didn't move me as much, I think. But then again they don't do that many, I think. I mean I didn't count or keep track. The animation was well done, no complaints really.

The ending, hmmm. Tricky, it wasn't terrible but it was also lacking. I maybe would have liked to see this go on and have really seen what happened more with the characters and things. The enjoyment is there and it was enjoyable. In the end and overall it was a good anime, a good experience, it wasn't perfect nor really great but it was good.

Usagi Drop

I recommended this anime before but didn't go into much like how I've started to. So I'm probably going to not only be looking at old ones I've done but then also other anime that I just didn't just watch. Anyways I also saw this as a good thanksgiving anime to review.

2. Usagi Drop --- It starts off with a dream, of a man and a girl holding hands. Then Daikichi wakes up and finds out that his grandfather has died. So he has to go to his funeral at his Grandfather's house. Well it turns out that his grandfather was a frisky old man and managed to woo up his caretaker and have a baby with her. Rin, a young, sweet, innocent girl who is about 4 or 5 at the start of the anime. Well one of the many issues that the family has to figure out is what will happen with this girl, this illegitimate child. Well, Daikichi has a burst of something and decides that he will take on the girl. That my friends is where it starts.

The story is amazing, a story about the difficulties of raising a child, not only alone but one that is also your aunt. It creates such a wonderful relationship between Rin and Daikichi. The story, a slice of life, like I said I love slice of lifes. It isn't any complicated matter with life or death but it is a story about a Rin and Daikichi and let's not forget all the other characters. Which brings us to the characters, both Daikichi and Rin are both loveable and wonderful characters, especially Rin who is just soo cute! I'd like a daughter like her. Of course there are other characters as well who are also good. There is character development in a good deal we see how Daikichi grows and starts to understand what it means to take care of a child and all this new stuff and Rin who is so shy and quite in the start but soon becomes much more talkative and open with other people. Not to mention the other characters develop as well, the other members of the family start to like Rin much more than they did at the funeral. The music is really good, both the opening and endings are pretty good. Though warning this is one of those anime where you have to stick around and wait for the ending to end as it does have about a minute still left in the episode before it ends, so don't miss out. The Animation of the series was unique and you get used to it and it does fit, it was good.

The ending was, I forget most of it and how I really felt, but it is slice of life and it ends when it really could have gone on much longer like the manga did, which I hear is a little strange in parts. I haven't read it yet. The enjoyment it wonderful, I really enjoyed this anime and have watched it again. Overall this is an awesome anime with some more mature themes as it looks at life. This is also an anime that I'm going to be showing my future wife before we start having kids or maybe before we even get married. So watch up.

Kemono no Souja Erin

3. Kemono no Souja Erin --- The story starts off with Erin in a Touda raising village, Touda being lizard like beasts that are used in the army to help keep other lands out and that helped to bring peace to the current country. Erin lives with her mother, who is a beastinarian, however she is of the mist people a nomadic people that seem to have a bad rap about them and which other people don't really like. It starts off with Erin in this village learning and growing. So beings a story of history, politics, beasts, learning, growing, some love and more.

Gather around the camp fire and let us tell of an ancient fable, is akin to what one person said this story is like and he had a point. It is like they are telling you this story, this fable like you are around a fire. I wasn't really sure of this anime at first, I watched about 2 episodes or so but it didn't seem to be going anywhere or do much so I put it off only to pick it back up and watch a couple of more just because it got such good ratings and I am sure glad I did. The anime is 50 some episodes long but I don't really remember any fillers. The story is great, moving, and a tale of this land and of Erin. I can tell you I got teary eyed several times, maybe even shed a tear or two. It was good, grated there were a couple of points that weren't awesome or didn't feel the same but overall it was all good. The Characters are wonderful, the MC Erin is a sweet girl that wants to learn so much more and become a beastinarian. My favorite was Jones, the honey man. He was a good guy. There are also other good characters along the way. The character development is good, we Erin grow and age through out the 50 episodes, we see life and death, and we see characters become swayed, work and develop. The music is pretty good, both the opening and the ending and the sound track. The animation wasn't your normal stuff but it's well done and you soon grow used to it.

The ending was good, but it lacked in a little parts, but overall was good. When it ended it was sad to see it go, I wanted to stay in this world a bit longer, a unique world that took you on a journey. The enjoyment is there, it is a wonderfully enjoyable series, and you might ask if it is for children and no it isn't really more of more adult show, older child, teens. You know.
It was a good anime, that I might just watch again one day.

Now I thought about what to do with the anime already on my list up there that I haven't talked about like I have these and I thought and I thought and thought and then thought some more about what about anime that maybe wasn't as good and everything in-between when it hit me. I will continue to go back a couple of times here to talk about one to fill my list or something, if I can't find any others. But I will try to go over them like I do here on my Forum blog, the Lewis and Daniel of Anime. I'll go over them there and then other anime and what I thought about it. So keep your eye out for it. I will also be putting other stuff like songs and anything else I want.

Wii U! Zelda! Consoles!

The Wii U Pad from the Wii U The Legend of Zelda The Windwaker HD bundle, sweet right!?

Recently there's been much talk about the Wii U, Zelda, Nintendo, and the next gen consoles not to mention the old ones. Not to mention that PeanutButterGamer is also having his Zelda month on his YouTube channel right now. So right now I thought I would just go over some things. Right now many people, on the forums, are preferring the PS4 over Xbox One, both of which are currently not backwards compatible. However many are also saying that they will be waiting sometime, most in hopes of bugs and knacks being fixed and also in the hopes of backwards compatibility being added. Another console that seems to be getting much support and many fans here on the forums is the Wii U, with many liking it better than the PS4 and Xbox One. Not to mention that it is the cheapest of the 3 at $299.99 compared to the $399.99 and $499.99, respectively. The Wii U is also sporting off some pretty nice bundles, the main one at least for us being the Zelda the Windwaker HD bundle, a remake of the one for GameCube. It seems like it will be an awesome game! and bundle! There has also been talk about the Nintendo 64, a timeless classic in gaming. Bringing up The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, considered to be one of the best of the Zelda games. There's also been talk of other Zelda games including Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword. All of this is going awesomely.

Attack on Titan/Shingeki no Kyojin

1. Shingeki no Kyojin aka Attack on Titan ---- An anime that has in the recent pass been getting a lot of hype, a lot of which might have died down. I remember seeing several cosplaying this when I went to the Anime convention. A lot of people seem to think of this as an awesome anime, some even think it is a master piece.
Well Here's what I think.
The Anime it's self is good, I must say. The Story, humanity has been sealed away has built three walls to protect themselves from Titans, monsters that hunt down humans for what seems like no reason what so ever and are other wise a complete mystery. However humanity has had peace for 100 years because of the walls, however that soon ends as one of the towns is destroyed and later the entire first wall and it's settlement are destroyed and fall into the hands of the titans. It goes on from there.
First I would like to say that while watching the first 10 or so episodes I was not in the best of moods, I did have a small headache. Anyways, I thought that the first half really got off kind of slow, in terms of being I thought it would, it really made me think 'why does this have such a big fan base and high rating?' In the beginning the story did keep me wondering, I did keeping thinking of what would happen next, and now that I look at it, it is an interesting premise. The first Opening of the series, was okay, but I did skip over it most of the times. Also when you start out the characters are not the likable, I almost wanted to punch 'em a couple of times. So the first half, it was good but still. Comes in the second half, much better I think, it was much more interesting. The characters became more likable, which may be because we have seen them for so long, and they do develop some. You can see that. The second opening and ending were very much better than the first, I did like the second opening too. Once Character Levi, who tons of fans seem to like, I was left wondering about. Sure we come to see another side of him and allow him to grow and he is pretty bad ass a couple of times. But I still wonder why is he as liked as he is? They also introduce some more likable characters, here. The story also keeps me interested. The ending was like the ending of a season, which does seem to highly hint at a sequel, which might just happen. The enjoyment is there, it can be enjoyable but it is also not a light frolic in the flowers, it does have some deeper themes and images. Also forgot to comment about the animation, it is good as is the voice acting.
Overall this anime is good, sure I still do wonder why it gets such a massive fan base and ranking, but it's good. The second half is much better than the first, I think, which I might just rewatch to see if it is any better. However it also leaves us with lots of unfinished business, needing another season.
Comparing this and Sword Art Online, I think SAO was better.
I'm also sorry for jumping all around and everything.

Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo

2. Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo ----- Also simply referred to as Sakurasou or The Pet Girl of Sakurasou. The Anime revolves around like lives of those who live in Sakurasou, a dorm for all those problem children that can't go anywhere else. When one day they get a new resident, Mashiro, a girl who can barely take care of her self. So Sorata has to help her with all sorts of things, drying hair, picking out her panties, and everything else. That's not all she is incredibly talented, painting and drawing. Oh yeah, this is a school for the arts. It goes from there.
The Story and plot are wonderful! It really is great, as we look into the lives of these wonderfully colored characters. Seeing into their lives. While also exploring deeper themes and meanings at life, love, friendship, and what you want to do, and not forgetting geniuses. The Story has so much and it so good. The Characters are really colorful, in fact a couple of times they are asked something like 'What color are you?' We see their relationships with others and how they work to overcome situations and things they are faced with. Now you might be thinking, LnD! This sounds deep! Well it's not all deep, a lot of it is hilarious, laughing and having a good time. It was funny. The Development of the Characters is also great, we see them grow and change through out the anime. Now the Opening and Ending were good, though I didn't have a favorite one, though if I must say I think the ending was a bit better than the opening. The rest of the music was good. The Animation was also great, really well done. The ending was good, but mixed, I did feel a little sad, also because it was ending. But it also made me like swell up. I would really like a second season but even if it doesn't come it was a great ride. The enjoyment is high, it's great anime. Now it's not flawless, and I can't say it is my favorite but I can say it was great and I liked/loved it. There was some good moments in it, like Plan C! and some great quotes.
"Just wondering how far we can go."
"We can go as far as we please."

Beck

3. Beck --- Also known as Beck Mongolian Chop Squad, or just Mongolian Chop Squad. It starts out with Koyuki as 14 feeling a little discontent. He soon meets a Frankin' style dog named Beck and Ryusuke, a guy with some mad guitar skills, and wants to be/create the best band he can. So Koyuki soon starts hanging out with him, and the story goes on from there.
I must say that when I watched the first two or so episodes, it was weird, and I soon dropped it and put it away, only to question this move a couple of times, however I was feeling down one day and so I decided to try it again, starting where I had left off, and boy was it better and make me better. So it does have a slow start, however it starts to turn into something much better. The story was good, it keep me into it. Remember that it does have a music theme. The characters, well there was a couple of times when I wanted to punch them, I think. But overall they are a great lot, and you can really see development in them. There is some romance hinted at, strongly, but it is settled but it also isn't. The Music! The opening is a little weird and good, but I skipped it most of the times. Both endings were good, the second one was better. The soundtrack was awesome! There are a lot, and I mean I lot of really great songs, really great. Superb. The Ending was lacking some, I mean they could have expanded it much more and I am hoping that there will be a second season, but who knows. The Enjoyment is good, it was enjoyable and helped me.
Overall it was a pretty good anime with an amazing soundtrack, that revolves around a band.

The End of an Era the Beginning of Something New!
Posted Image
Pretty :3, Yeah right? Mostly

As you know or should know, we just had our General Elections, most recently and the one that mattered more than any other poll, really, is the Presidenital Run-off between Crescellia and Sethanon and Libertarian Washington and Hunteiria. And the result is a new President, after the Era of TNR, the winner was Crescellia with 17 votes to Libertarian Washington's 16, Crescellia just barely getting a majority with 51.5% Now we will have a new President, one who will lead us into the coming term. How will he do? How will he compare? Only time can answer those questions.
Before we go further I would like to talk about TNR administration and the most recent month, like most administrations it has had it's up and it's down, it's sideways, and it's conspiracies. And How will the region look at this administration in the future? Will it be good? Did it lack? Was it like fall of the Roman Empire?
When we started this month, things were not going well. Mytzonia, just resigned as Secretary of the Treasury, after being unable to work with TNR and disagreements, this caused Part One of the Financial Crisis of October Then not too long after Icamera resigned from being Undersecretary of Defense to an almost completely inactive military and before that Hunteiria went to the Senate, leaving as the Secretary of State. That coupled with some inactivity from from Icamera and from TNR, a little. And on top of it all the region was loosing nations left and right, dropping down into the bottom of the 160s.
However thanks to a few key people we were able to pull out. Lewis and Daniel was appointed Secretary of State and Undersecretary of Defense. He was able to bring back activity to those departments and get them going again along with the military. Together with his Director of Recruitment PDS and other recruiters they were able to stop the decline in nations and even get a few back, and was also to get the military moving again. However this meet some head butting and disagreeing with TNR on the Allied Defense Doctrine which was another Cabinet dispute and hurt the military. Crescellia, Deputy Secretary of the Treasury, was able to propose a budget and get the region moving again however TNR still didn't appoint a Secretary of the Treasury, which hurt the department that and the transaction system has once again broke.
So as we look out as this most recent month, we ask ourselves. How was this month? How did this effect the entire administration? How will we look back on this later? Was it good? These can probably be answered now but also should be answered in the future as well as we come to the end of this era, we now begin a new one, with a new President. How will this one go? How many questions will I ask? What will happen? Will it be a good one? With time.

I have to write it again?!

I'm in Despair!

Well, oh, my. Oh, my. Well I'm sorry for having taken so long away from the company and the newspaper. However I have been very busy both with RL and with NS and what time I got used it the best way I know how, I watched anime! I've had a lot of work, and then I have to take on two departments, and at least one that was failing. Not an easy task at all, but Got Sei Dank! we made it and everything is better, for the most part. Now here me out on the other side of things, I started writing an issue almost right after my last one, but I didn't like it and it got put on the back burner and eventually gone. Next yesterday I was writing again, having a good ole' time, finding awesome pictures, writing good. But then I go to save it on here. Come back today and Oh, my. It's gone. Dear God, it's gone. Tony, tony turn around I've lost something that can't be found. Now I'm writing it again, having to go back over what I've already done and lose all that time I could have been doing something else. Luckily though I was only two or three articles in but still! It's a conspiracy to ruin my newspaper. I report that if we never publish another issue, you know what happened. So now enjoy the rest of the paper and may you continue to like it!

TNR's Journey After Office
Posted Image
TNR all alone

After Crescellia won the election and was confirmed by the Supreme Court, his job began and TNR's term ended. He gave on a winded, cold day to the masses that only 6 people were there including 4 of his split personalities and 2 people who looked lost but had too much pride to ask for directions. After he finished he was given what all former President's are, a coupon for vodka. He looked on his phone, he texted, who? He didn't know, he just send messages that went up to never go down. Perhaps they would go out in space, in the absolute dark, seeing the occasional hydrogen atom, perhaps there it would find it's answers. TNR continued to walk down the empty streets, it took all he had to stop himself from crying out into the night, the things he had wanted to say to her, the things he had hoped he would listen to. Every minute felt like forever. As he continued to walk down the road, he reached the train station and got on, no one but him. It snowed little flurries out side, he felt like he was losing something yet also drifting away. The trained stopped he go out and then pretended to wait for someone. He watched as the cherry blossoms fell, terribly out of season, slowly at speed of 5 centimeters per second. Would he texts ever reach that distant start? Would he ever hear it's voice? Would he ever be able to reach that place beyond the clouds, that place promised in his early days? He walked away with these thoughts slowly ebbing at him as he looked into the night sky and saw the stars oh so bright. The moon still lit his path, as he made his way down to the bar, where he would use the coupon and drown his sorrows Just one more time, one more chance, he thought as the tears started to flow and nothing could stop them.

The Other Elections!
Posted Image
Right?

What some people are calling them on the street after the Presidential run-off. Some senators were elected too. After a what might be said by some a hard election or rather a musical chair election, it more like it. Four seats were up, the winners are Free States, Daniel J. I. Stewart, Robertsonstan, and Brick Drakan. However with Daniel being appointed as the next Secretary of State, his seat will be filled by someone else, somehow. Next with Crescellia leaving to go on as the President, he appointed Kevo as his replacement, who was also in the election losing by just one vote. It might be interesting to see where this new senate will go and what direction it will take but let's hope that they will be active and that they will do more than vote!

What can we talk about this time? What not to! Anyways getting to the point. Movies first, three big directors have in the past year or so released new anime movies, Hayao Miyazaki with his The Wind Rises, Mamoru Hosoda with Wolf Children, and finally Makoto Shinkai with The Garden of Words. First let's start with the wind, this movie yet to be dubbed which probably will is said to be the last full feature fill of Miyazaki with him going into retirement. This movie has been nominated for an Oscar! or at least it will be, he has been nominated twice before with Howl's Moving Castle and Spirited Away, where Spirited Away won. To bad Howl didn't. I haven't seen this new movie yet but I plan to!
Next Wolf Children is planned to be dubbed pretty soon, if I remember. It is said to be a good film, I Haven't seen it yet. Plan to.
Then last is garden of words, I hear this is a shorter movie coming in at about 40 to 50 minutes, but it is said to be good. I haven't seen it yet but I might. It might be dubbed.

On to something else?! What else, I'd like to take the time now to go over the new series I will be recommending for this issue. I don't normally do this but I thought it might be good to start because maybe you want to know more about it or why exactly did I chose it or maybe I just wanted to fill room. But before we get there I want to say that last week the three anime I chose, Cross Game, Waiting in the Summer, and Psycho-Pass are all great anime! Please check them out or any anime on this list. Now let's go!

Sword Art Online

1. Sword Art Online - An anime that has perhaps seen both good and the bad reviews, people seem to be split on this anime for various reasons however I think a majority, maybe what do I know, think of it as good but failing in the end. So it's mixed but I want to tell you what I think or mostly think.
The Anime it's self it's good, really good. The Story is about a Virtual Reality MMO, Sword Art Online, the first of it's kind. It's this game everyone is looking forward to, before hand they ran the beta where 1000 lucky players where able to play and now 10,000 will get the first release of it on the first day. From there, they join and are enthralled by it, however soon they find out that there is no log- out button. The creator of the game calls them all together and explains that this isn't a bug but real not only that but this is life or death, if you die here you die in the real world too. Panic ensues, the only way out is to beat all 100 flours. And that is where it beings. It starts out great, with maybe just a little problem, how it jumps time, sometimes it can go pretty fast. However it is great the first half of the anime is wonderful, however it soon takes a little turn down after in the second half. It's good but not as. It has great characters, great music and sound, great animation, however it sort of doesn't make it where it should have gone, but that shouldn't take away too much from the entertainment and enjoyment of this series. It's not exactly perfect but it's good, great? I must say that if I was on a deserted island for the rest of my life but could sustain myself and could only bring one game, that's it nothing else, I would defiantly consider SAO if it was real.

Mirai Nikki (TV)

2. Mirai Nikki (TV) --- Also known as future diary. It starts out with the main character writing in his diary being socially awkward. He has his imaginary friends and just writes all that happens around him in his diary. One day, the god of time, who he thought was just imaginary who turns out to be real, tells him that he is dying and he needs a successor, so he gives 12 "lucky" people, I think it's 12 or 11, future diaries. They are able to tell the future, all in different ways. The MC's tells him all that's happening around him, just like he was writing. Anyways the one who is left standing shall be the new god of time. This is where it starts, well actually they get the diaries first, I think, then he tells them. Anyways on to the next MC who is just as important per se and is the one you might know more than the other, Yuno, you know that pink haired, pink eyed girl with blood? Maybe? She loves Yuuki, the other MC. She's crazy, really crazy and yet not as crazy as I thought she would have been, she is likable perhaps to a point, I'm not sure. The Anime is really good, the characters, the story, the music and animation, all are good. The ending, confusing but I didn't hate it. Overall a pretty good anime, great? most people also seem to like this anime.

Crest of the Stars

3. Crest of the Stars --- also known as Seikai no Monshou, this is an older anime about 1999 I think. The Story starts out on a plant controlled by man, somewhere in the galaxy, however here comes the Abh, kin of the stars. Come to take over the planet. Negotiations start and the planet surrenders in exchange for living and other things the MC's father is made Count of the area and his son Count-Prince. Then it jumps a little to where he is going to enter schooling to enter the army so that he can claim his title. Along the way he meets Lafiel. They become friends and the anime goes from there. Showing politics, war, and other thing along those lines. Romance. It's a good anime, characters, sound I really loved the ending song!, animation is a little old but not terrible. The ending was just like the end of chapter and probably because it has two sequels. the enjoyment of it is good, I liked it. An Awesome anime.
